A recent Chandler City Council work session was where a completed strategic plan was recapped and the framework for the next plan was addressed.
The Council adopted the 2023-25 Strategic Framework at its May 11 meeting. A May 22 work session was a starting-over point of both reflection and looking ahead.
The two-year Strategic Framework is a strategic plan that is updated every two years. After the Council holds a two-day spring or late-winter retreat to discuss its vision and policy direction for the city each spring, it identifies of Council’s priorities for the next two years.
