Chandler chamber to present education, careers summit

Superintendents from school districts in the East Valley will be featured Oct. 31 during EmpowerEd: A Summit on Education, Careers & Business Collaboration.
Presented by the Chandler Chamber of Commerce’s Education & Workforce Committee, the session will take place 8-9:30 a.m. at the Chandler Center for the Arts, 250 N. Arizona Ave.
The panel of superintendents from Chandler Unified School District, Kyrene School District, Tempe Union High School District, Mesa Public Schools and the East Valley Institute of Technology will share their perspectives on educational innovation, challenges and their vision for student success, according to a release.
A light breakfast and refreshments will be provided.
