Chandler budget: revenue could be more predictable

Some transitions happening in the leadup to the city of Chandler’s fiscal 2027 budget year are making things simpler.

Some are making things more complicated. And still others are simply reducing the amount of money the city has to start with.

Those were the messages from Chandler’s chief financial officer, Dawn Lang, and budget director Matt Dunbar in a Feb. 5 budget work session presentation to the City Council.
