One of the main contracts for a project that will change the look and function of a central Chandler street is on the agenda for one of Thursday’s city council meetings.
An $11.1 million contract with Granite Construction for the Frye Road Bike Lane Project is on the agenda for Thursday’s regular meeting, set for 6 p.m. in council chambers. A staff report states a grant covers about 95% of the total project cost.
The regular meeting will be preceded by a 4 p.m. work session on homelessness programs and recent legal developments. Both meetings will be held at City Hall, 88 E. Chicago Street, downtown Chandler.
