The dream is the same for any young baseball player — to make it to the big leagues. Few do. But even fewer reach the next best thing.
Right-handed pitcher Austin Krzeminski has given hopefuls a new goal should they miss that shot at the majors. The 27-year-old still imagines that break will find him, but in the meantime he’s playing baseball inside sold-out Major League stadiums like Minute Maid Park (home of the Astros), Citizens Bank Park (Phillies), and the iconic Fenway Park in Boston.
All told he’s already played before 1 million fans this year, and the waitlist for tickets for the 2025 season is 3 million strong.
