Cement truck rollover brings standstill to morning commute in Peoria

The rollover of a cement truck on southbound Lake Pleasant Parkway in Peoria has backed up traffic during the morning commute, Aug. 17.

Lake Pleasant Parkway is closed southbound from Williams to Deer Valley roads. Officers advise drivers to use an alternate route.

Police say the roadway was expected to open around 9 a.m.
