Cecil 'Bud' Pennington Jr. passed away on November 30, 2022. He was born May 1, 1936 to Cecil and Frances Pennington in Kansas City, Missouri. He is survived by his daughter and 3 stepchildren. There are also several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be missed by family and many friends
