Ceasefire protesters arrested at Sen. Mark Kelly’s office for trespassing

Protesters calling for a ceasefire in the Gaza region of Palestine were arrested for trespassing at U.S. Sen. Mark Kelly’s Phoenix office Tuesday.

The trespass came before protesters demanded a call from Mark Kelly. The senator’s office did commit to speaking at an unknown future time, but according to his chief of staff, he did not have time Tuesday.

Rep. Athena Salman, D-Tempe, was in attendance to show support and plead with the senator who she believes in.
