James Riley, Recreation Centers of Sun City West community properties manager, said during the Rec Center Show on 103.1 KSCW with host Ron Capriotti, some of the more common violations reported by residents include standard lawn care maintenance, age qualification violations, upkeep of homes, conditions of homes and properties and parking issues with recreation vehicles.
