The Cave Creek Museum, along with local paranormal investigation/ghost hunting team AZ Ghost Adventures, will showcase Seeking Spirits, a night of historical haunts and a paranormal investigation Saturday, Oct. 15, from 6:30-9:30 p.m.

The ghostly experts have been featured on the Travel Channel’s Destination Fear and Ghost Adventures-AZ Ghost Adventures.

The evening will include a demonstration of what types of equipment are used during professional paranormal investigations. Guests will be part of an interactive investigation using the equipment.

“This paranormal investigation will take place inside the museum, in our historic church, in outside locations (except mining equipment) and by Arizona’s only original tuberculosis cabin,” says Linda Vareha, museum event chair.

The paranormal event is always a sellout event and is limited to 26 guests, no guests under 13 years of age. Admission is $45 (no discounts or culture passes). Reservations are required. Register now at cavecreekmuseum.org.

The 55-year-old 501(c)(3) museum’s mission is to preserve the artifacts of the prehistory, history, culture and legacy of the Cave Creek Mining District and the Cave Creek/Carefree foothills area through education, research, and interpretive exhibits. The Cave Creek Museum is located at 6140 E. Skyline Drive in Cave Creek. Call 480-488-2764 for more information. The museum is open from October through May.
