The Cave Creek Town Council approved a rezoning and development of a retail and restaurant commercial center located north of Carefree Highway between 50th and 51st Street at its Oct. 21 meeting.
The rezoning involved taking the property from a desert rural designation to a commercial buffer designation.
Cave Creek Senior Planner Steven Perales presented to the Council that the applicants, SC Fullerton Properties, LLC, had provided the adequate information needed to the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Commission had recommended approval of the rezoning.
