Catering company wrapping up fourth decade

Robert Richter finally applied for a fishing license in the province of Ontario.
In fact, he talks about seafood often, though the catering business he’s run since the early 1980s is in the American Southwest.

Having grown up in Michigan while spending summers with his grandparents in the East Valley, Richter eventually found himself in Chandler, catering local events.
