Two years after their older brothers were the Mustangs’ star catcher and ace pitcher, younger sister Sawyer Snodgrass is catching the heat of sophomore Camryn Davis.
Only at Sunrise Mountain.
“Our brothers played together so I’ve known her. I caught some of her pitching lessons before the season. We’ve had that kind of relationship,” Snodgrass said. “I think it’s really nice to have a bond with the pitcher outside of softball, before she even got here. We already trust each other and know how to work together. If I call something she doesn’t like, we have a meeting or a conversation after the game. It’s easy to work together since we already have that trust.”
