Caroline LaPineCaroline LaPine, 78, of Apache Junction, passed away Dec. 12.She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank LaPine, and granddaughter, Cheri René LaPine.Mrs. LaPine was born Dec. 24, 1927, in Pontiac, Mich. and resided there for 18 years. She and her husband moved to Brighton, Mich. and raised their family of three children. They lived there for 32 years. She was a homemaker before retiring with her husband to Desert Hot Springs, Calif. for 13 years. She has lived in Apache Junction for the past 15 years.Beloved mother of Emily LaPine-Boyle of England, Linda Alanis of Colorado and Carl LaPine of Apache Junction. Brother, David Casey of Michigan.Devoted grandmother of Timothy, Michael, Jeffrey, Kara, Lisa, Daniel and Jamie. Great grandmother of Amanda, Mackenzie, Max, Braden, Wyatt, Anastasia and Sawyer. Great-great grandmother of Joshua.A Memorial Service will be held in her honor at 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 12 at Deseret Chapel, 1130 S. Horne St. in Mesa.She will be greatly missed and never forgotten.
