Carmen Jean Holindrake, 27It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Carmen Jean Holindrake, 27, of Apache Junction.Carmen was born June 7, 1980 in American Fork, Utah to Val and Amy Walkowiak Holindrake. She graduated with an associate's degree as a veterinary technician. At the time of her passing she was employed by Arizona Veterinary Internal Medicine. She loved animals, especially her dogs and her horses.Carmen was fun-loving, spirited and full of life. She loved being with her family and friends and raising her daughter, who she called "my little bug." She lived her life to the fullest and we will miss her every day of our lives. Carmen is survived by her daughter, Samantha; her parents, Val and Amy; her brother and sister-in-law, Dustin and Stacy Holindrake; her nephews, Grady and Logan Holindrake; her grandmothers, Verla Hancock and Josephine Walkowiak; and her fiancé Rob Brown. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins who loved her very much. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Harold Holindrake, Elvin Hancock and Ray Walkowiak. Funeral services were held Friday, Feb. 8, 2008 at Mountain View Memorial Gardens.
