Arizona Cardinals to move practice facility from Tempe to North Phoenix

Site once looked at as possible Coyotes’ arena will host Cards’ new facility, mixed-use development

The Cardinals also released this map indicating where the new practice field, and adjoining mixed-use development, will be located west of Scottsdale Road and north of the Loop 101.

The Arizona Cardinals will move their longtime training headquarters from Tempe to a new facility at Paradise Ridge in North Phoenix, west of Scottsdale Road and north of Loop 101.

The new location, which will house both the football and business operations, will be the anchor to a mixed-use, 217-acre site, the team announced Tuesday. The facility will take 30 acres and total more than 250,000 square feet.

It is scheduled to be completed in 2028.
