Canyon State Electric donates video, electrical equipment as ‘thank you’
Canyon State Electric’s Technologies Division is giving back to Classic Cooking Academy by donating updated video and electrical equipment for its classroom setting as a thank you for the school providing 3,000 meals to families in need during the pandemic.
“CSE is constantly looking for ways to give back, especially during these unprecedented times, and this was something near and dear to my heart,” said Stephanie Maderazzo Hughes, co-CEO and COO of CSE.
“I began taking cooking classes at Classic Cooking prior to the pandemic and when the school started back up after a short delay due to COVID, Chef Pascal Dionot created a way to provide meals for families in need during the pandemic and is still currently doing this.”

The updated video and electrical equipment will help owner Mr. Dionot with class instruction which resumed in May 2020, according to a press release.
“We are so thankful for our students and our ability to provide more than 3,000 meals to families in need,” said Mr. Dionot. “We are also grateful to CSE for thinking of us and helping us technologically advance our class set up to better serve our students.”
