Voting begins later this month in Sun City West and only four seats are available on the Recreation Centers of Sun City West Governing Board, with five candidates in the running.
Incumbents Tim Hurley and Harry Stannebein, and new candidates George Kuchtyak, as well as newcomers Jack Leary, and Richard ‘Dick’ Rhoades, are on the ballot. Stannebein and Hurley are currently filling unfinished terms after director vacancies.
Leary and Rhoades were profiled in the Feb. 23 edition of the Sun City West Independent. Hurley could not be reached by press time for an interview.
