As COVID-19 cases decline and social events make their return, bands are finding gigs again. Similarly, residents are finding new ways to go out and party again.
Both come together -- along with some well-selected spirits -- for the Canacopia Festival, which celebrates canned spirits and live music. The event goes from noon to 9 p.m. when everything gets under way Saturday, June 5 at Eastmark Great Park in Mesa, at 10100 E. Ray Road.
