Perspective buyers can meet the builders of the new 52-home, The Edge at Joy Ranch single -family community near the intersection of Lone Mountain Parkway and East Joy Ranch Road in North Scottsdale.

Camelot Homes will host a meet the builder event at The Edge at Joy Ranch, its newest North Scottsdale luxury community, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. May 17
The Edge at Joy Ranch is located on 77.5 acres at 11415 Joy Ranch Road, Scottsdale, according to a press release.
The community offers three-quarter-acre (or larger) lots with homes ranging from 3,400 to 5,000 square feet. The homes feature Palm Springs-inspired,architectural designs and four single-level floor plans with three to five bedrooms, four and a half to six and a half baths, and options for casitas, game rooms, wet bars, wine walls, and three- to four- car garages. Pricing starts in the mid- $2 millions.
The event will give guests a first look at the under-construction model homes in the 52-home community, plus an opportunity to meet the team, explore available lots, and discuss the design and homebuilding process.
