Burton Charles Todd

Burton, passed away peacefully at the age of 93 years old on November 14, 2024, in Sun City West. He was born on August 4, 1931, to the late Addie Waite & Harold Todd. He joined the Navy when he was 17 years old and served in Japan. He met his future bride at a Navy Army dance and married Carolyn on January 4, 1952. They were married for almost 70 years.
He loved square dancing, camping, fishing, and motorcycle riding. He was a member of the Palm West Church in Sun City West.
Todd as he was known to his friends is survived by his 2 children, Marsha Beckwith (Art) Michael Todd (Rhonda) 3 grandchildren, Arthur Beckwith, Sara Hutton & Elizabeth Martin and 3 great grandkids, Arthur, Avery, & Makenzie and many other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be from 9:30-11:30a on November 26, 2024, followed by funeral service at 11:30a at Camino Del Sol Funeral home located at 13738 Camino Del Sol. Burial will follow at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona at 2929 N Cave Creek Rd Phoenix AZ. In lieu of flowers, donations in Todd’s honor can be made to your favorite charity.
