Bullard Road stretch to close in Surprise for music festival

The Bases and Brews Music Fest in Surprise is forcing the closure of Bullard Avenue from Tierra Buena Lane to Paradise Lane through Tuesday, March 28.

The Surprise Regional Library is also closed Friday, March 24 through Sunday, March 26. It will reopen Monday, March 27.

The Bases and Brews Music Fest will feature four headline music acts, carnival rides and fair food.
