Buckeye P&Z moves forward with more residential plans

The Buckeye planning and zoning sat down last night to hear requests for a built-to-rent residential community and a future planned single family site.

Randy Proch, senior planner for Buckeye, presented the plan submitted by Mangat Investments I LLC, to rezone 35.84 acres near Miller Road and Van Buren Street.

The project, named Miller Heights, is set to be a built-to-rent residential community comprised of single- and multifamily units.
