Buckeye Police have announced the arrest of a suspect that shot a victim and made off with his cash on May 18.
Jajuan Carter, 19, was arrested booked into jail on charges of armed robbery and aggravated assault, according to court records. Carter allegedly assaulted an 18-year-old who had traveled to Buckeye to meet up with a Carter who was selling a vehicle advertised on Snapchat for $2,000.
The victim met the seller at a local park and proceeded to take the vehicle on a test drive. The seller then pointed a gun at the victim and demanded he hand over his money, police said.
