Buckeye PD: No clues found in recent search for man missing since 2021

INDEPENDENT NEWSMEDIA
Authorities spent three days this month in a renewed effort to find clues about a man who left a job site in June 2021 and was never seen again.
“A specialized search operation has yielded no additional clues in the missing person investigation of Daniel Robinson,” Buckeye police said Tuesday, Feb. 21.
Robinson was reported missing June 23, 2021, after leaving a job site that morning near Sun Valley Parkway and Cactus Road. His vehicle was later found crashed in a ravine approximately 3 miles from the job site, police said.
Buckeye police, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and contractors conducted a three-day search this month after being made aware of possible human remains inside a well that had been searched previously, according to a release.
The well is about a half-mile north of where Robinson was last seen.
Buckeye police said they contracted a company to scope the well on Feb. 9 to view the contents.
On Feb. 13, another contractor used heavy equipment to reach the depth of the well at nearly 1,000 feet to remove the contents for further examination, authorities said.
No human remains were found.
Buckeye police on Feb. 18 conducted a joint search operation with the MCSO “to readdress key locations in the desert area where Daniel was last seen.
"This was a highly coordinated effort with MCSO contributing substantial resources," including about 60 personnel, K-9 teams, ATV crews, a drone operator and more, the release stated.
The search did not reveal any additional evidence.
Buckeye police ask anyone with information to call 623-349-6411.
