Vendors must have a valid 501c3, be located in or primarily serve the Buckeye area and must be a registered vendor with the city to participate in the event.
Volunteers are needed in a variety of positions and shifts from 2 to 9 p.m. Positions include assisting with event set-up, candy distribution, costume contest and vendor check-in.
Families and community members are needed to fill up the Halloween Carnival’s Trunk-or-Treat area. Deck out your vehicle in Halloween theme and pass out candy to the trick-or-treaters at the event.
Participation in the Trunk-or-Treat is free, however, registration is required and the city asks participants to provide their own candy.
