Buck & Rider sets Sept. 4 as opening

Posted

Buck & Rider has set Sept. 4 as its opening for its location at 3150 E. Ray Road, suite 194, Gilbert.

Buck & Rider will serve seafood cuisine in a 9,500-square-foot indoor and outdoor space.

The restaurant will have a gift card promotion. With every purchase of a $100 Buck & Rider gift card, the company will add an additional $20 gift card. To take advantage of this offer, the customer must visit the restaurant in person at the Gilbert location from Monday, Aug. 21, to Saturday, Aug. 26, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

It has a commitment to sustainable sourcing and a raw bar and will fly in the freshest fish and seafood from the coasts to their Gilbert kitchen seven days a week.

The time-stamped cards at the raw bar will be continuously updated to reflect the freshness of our seafood and market vegetable selections, sourced from small producers with an eye to sustainability.

Happy hour will be every day from 3-7 p.m. with specials on beer, wine, and signature handcrafted cocktails plus a changing selection of small bites and raw bar offerings.

Its weekend brunch features half-off bottles of bubbles. The lunch and dinner menus include options from sushi rolls to burgers.
