Buc-ee's begins hiring ahead of 2026 West Valley opening

Buc-ee's offers $18 starting pay, full benefits and about 200 jobs as construction continues.

Buc-ee’s has begun hiring for its first Arizona location in Goodyear, planned June 2026 opening.

The Texas-based travel center chain is filling approximately 200 full-time positions for the 74,000-square-foot facility under construction near Interstate 10.

Hourly employees will be required to work weekends and holidays, as stores operate 24 hours a day, year-round. Workers earn double time on major holidays.Wages start at $18 per hour.
