of Sun City, past away in Glendale, Ariz. on August 20, 2016. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Fullmer. He was a US Navy Veteran. Mr. Fullmer moved here from Syrancuse, N.Y. He was a Telephone Programer. Memorial service to be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, September 10, 2016, at St. John's Lutheran Church, 9852 N. 103 Dr., Sun City, AZ 85301.
