Brown: ‘New racists’ don’t represent me

Posted

When did it become acceptable for an elected politician to be a white nationalist?

The Arizona Republican party has stopped being in line with mainstream America.

Most of us aren’t racists, antisemitic or white nationalists. Most of us aren’t full of hate for anyone different from ourselves.

Yet, some of our politicians and elected officials believe that is the path to get elected and reelected.

As a veteran, I don’t want to see my district, county or state represented by a white nationalist. I didn’t fight for my country and get wounded to see that happen.

My father and my uncles didn’t fight in World War II to see this country being run by the very ideology they fought against. These politicians and want-to-be politicians don’t represent me and I don’t want them to.

Let them know you don’t support them and vote them out of office or not into office
