When you think of luxury corridors in the Valley, a few ideas come to mind — Old Town Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Arcadia. But there’s an emerging luxury corridor that is soon to be the Valley’s top destination for luxury buyers — Scottsdale Road and the Loop 101.

The area will soon be home to Portico, a collection of 112 luxury condominium residences from legacy Chicago developer Belgravia Group. Belgravia’s principles have spent several years wintering in Scottsdale, and noticed the incredible potential of the Scottsdale Road and Loop 101 area for its first development outside of Chicago.
