Broadway Curve work restricts SR 143 this week

A section of southbound State Route 143 will be narrowed to one lane between University Drive and Interstate 10 beginning Monday night.

State transportation officials said the restriction will be in place from 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 28, until just before midnight on Thursday, Dec. 1. 

Crews with the Interstate 10 Broadway Curve improvement project are continuing to build new bridges that will improve traffic flow between I-10 and SR 143, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
