BYOV, or Bring Your Own Veggies, is open in DeLeon Plaza, a shopping center on the east side of Arizona Avenue between Galveston Street and Ray Road.
The new vegan restaurant offers sushi, birria tacos, mocktails and more.
As a a 100% plant-based eatery specializing in sushi and a few Mexican dishes, BYOV offers 13 vegan sushi rolls, including a popular Cali Roll, the Dynamite Roll (pictured), a Mango (crab meat) Roll and a Spiderman Roll.
Other menu highlights include deep-fried cauliflower “wangz,” bean and rice burritos, birria tacos, supreme pizzas, and “fizh and grits.”
Beverage options include 10 mocktails, such as an Apple Butter Old Fashioned and a Sparkling Pineapple Party.
The hours are noon to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, noon to 7 p.m. Sunday and closed Mondays. Call 480-690-6842 or visit the Square Site “AZBYOV” for ordering information.
