The look and landscaping for a day care for children three months old to school age were discussed at a recent meeting of the Mesa Design Review Board.
A one-story, 13,448-square-foot day BrightPath Day Care with a fenced playground area with shade structures is planned east of Signal Butte Road on the north side of Guadalupe Road. Vehicular access is to be from East Guadalupe Road and internally from an existing shared driveway, according to city documents.
Design review board concerns included the parking design and the need to designate an area for drop-off and pickup of children, Staff Planner Kwasi Abebrese said in an Aug. 8 recap of the board’s discussion.
