Bridge work keeps Priest Drive closed at US 60 in Tempe

Detours remain in place as the bridge work that required the closure of Priest Drive in both directions at US 60 has been extended, Tempe officials said in a release.

During the closures, drivers on southbound Priest Drive will not have access to the eastbound US 60 on-ramp at Priest Drive and should use the on-ramp at Mill Avenue, officials said.

Bridge work keeps Priest Drive closed at US 60 in Tempe

Detours remain in place as the bridge work that required the closure of Priest Drive in both directions at US 60 has been extended, Tempe officials said in a release.

During the closures, drivers on southbound Priest Drive will not have access to the eastbound US 60 on-ramp at Priest Drive and should use the on-ramp at Mill Avenue, officials said.

Here are the times and dates of the closures:

• Nightly from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. beginning Nov. 1 through the morning of Nov. 4.

• Nightly from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. beginning Nov. 6, through the morning of Nov. 9.

• Nightly from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. beginning Nov. 13, through the morning of Nov. 17.

Northbound detour: Use eastbound Baseline Road to northbound Mill Avenue to westbound Southern Avenue to access Priest Drive north of the closure.

Southbound detour: Use eastbound Southern Avenue to southbound Mill Avenue to westbound Baseline Road to access Priest Drive south of the closure.

The work is connected to the I-10 Broadway Curve improvement project.
