Breen: Gag orders seem to have no meaning

I am puzzled by the media’s account of Donald Trump’s continued outbursts in the courtroom in spite of several gag orders imposed on him.

My impression as an expert witness in numerous court cases is that a gag order is a gag order. Yet Donald Trump seems to be an exception to these rules of law.

Am I missing something?
