Brandt: Explain how, why garage was allowed in Sun City
Being a Sun City resident who lives close to the oversized building clearly not in compliance with the Sun City CC&Rs for additional building on corner lots in Sun City, I am wondering if the paper could get a statement from the compliance department explaining to concerned residents why and how this building was allowed to be built.
I’m referring to a huge, tall RV garage on a corner between Spanish Moss Lane and Manzanita Drive.
