The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has some business to wrap up Monday.
Much of that business will be conducted in private.
The board’s 9:30 a.m. meeting only has one public item and an executive session on the agenda.
The board will vote to approve an administrative change to an item it approved as part of the May 18 agenda. The incorrect date was listed for a hearing for petitions to form the Tonka Vista Irrigation Water Delivery District.
The correct hearing date is Wednesday, June 8.
The executive session Monday will be used to address a number of items.
The board will discuss elections, board responsibility and authority over election administration, along with a related litigation update.
Also on the executive agenda is redistricting, including board districts and a racial bloc voting analysis.
The Atencia vs. Maricopa County case will be discussed.
A Salt River Project petition for underground conversion service area is also on the agenda.
Wednesday, June 8, the board is set hold its firs formal meeting of June at 9:30 a.m.
