The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors on Wednesday unanimously approved an amendment to an intergovernmental agreement for funding for affordable housing opportunities in Phoenix.
The amended agreement expands affordable housing in the Phoenix area. The city will develop two mixed-income, multifamily rental community units through the agreement.
One development will be new construction of 109 units within the Edison-Eastlake Community named Horizon on Villa located near East Roosevelt Street and 20th Street.
