Board of Supervisors approves contracts for healthcare assessments

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors approved agreements with three healthcare facilities to conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment report at its Sept. 2 meeting.

The report is required every three years by the Health Resources and Services Administration.

Mayo Clinic Arizona, Circle for the City and Adelante Healthcare were chosen by the Maricopa County Department of Public Health and the Synapse Coalition, a group of major nonprofit hospitals and federally qualified health centers, to participate in the report.
