Blue Zones: Scottsdale residents above national average for well being

There’s still room for improvement though

The good news is Scottsdale residents are above the national averages in many measures of well-being according to a recent study by Blue Zones Scottsdale and Gallup.

The bad news is the national averages aren’t all that great, according to Blue Zones Project Scottsdale Marketing and Engagement Lead Maureen Aldrich.

“(The report) identifies what (residents) consider their well-being is right now,” Aldrich said. “It’s not just physical but it’s also emotional and financial well-being.”
