An industrial business park planned on 270 acres west of Sossaman Road and south of Elliot Road in unincorporated Maricopa County is slated to be annexed into the city of Mesa.
The landscaping and look of The Block on Elliot were discussed at the Dec. 13 meeting of the Mesa Design Review Board.
The property is zoned agriculture within the county, was a dairy, and is to be annexed and rezoned for light industrial with a planned area development, Staff Planner Josh Grandlienard said at the Dec. 13 board meeting.
