A high-rise building is planned to be added to Biltmore Fashion Park after it was unanimously approved Monday by Phoenix City Council.
The approval allows for two options: either a 140-foot-tall office building with mixed-use commercial at the ground level or a 165-foot-tall building that would include one or more of residential, hotel or office uses with mixed-use commercial at the ground level.
The new building will replace a parking lot area in the property’s southeast corner of the property, at the northwest corner of Camelback Road and 26th Street. The developers have not announced a time line for construction.
