Billboards highlight next Surprise City Council meeting

Vote expected on whether to allow up to 3 digital boards on portion of Loop 303

Billboards will highlight the agenda at the next Surprise City Council regular meeting.

The Council is expected to vote Tuesday, Oct. 19 on allowing up to three billboards on a portion of Loop 303 in north Surprise.

A work session and regular meetings will be held at City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza.
