Billboards among items on Surprise City Council's next agenda

The fight over a billboard along Loop 303 is on the next Surprise City Council agenda.

The city council is gathering for a work session at 4 p.m. and a regular meeting at 6 p.m. at Surprise City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza.
