A Bikini Q BBQ drive-thru restaurant is replacing a Poliberto’s Taco Shop that burned in north Phoenix in 2024.
The Poliberto’s was already permanently closed when it caught fire on June 17, 2024. Fire crews from both Phoenix and Glendale responded to the fire.
The team behind Pork on Fork BBQ, at 1515 W. Deer Valley Road, launched the Bikini Q BBQ concept earlier this year. It has operated only as a food truck to date, will replace the taco shop with its first permanent location at the property at 3220 W. Bell Road.
