Beverly Jean Friday

Beverly Jean Friday, age 84, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away peacefully on January 28, 2026, surrounded by loved ones.
Beverly was born on December 30, 1941, in Peoria, Illinois.
Throughout her life, she was deeply devoted to her family and to everyone she cared for, always placing the needs of others before her own. She built a life grounded in love, strength, and family.
Beverly attended Washington High School in Phoenix, AZ where she met her future husband, Loren. They married in 1964 and soon began their family. Beverly dedicated herself to being a loving stay at home mother, raising their two sons with care and devotion.
Beverly was known for her kind heart, warm smile, and gentle sense of humor. She found joy in family gatherings, gardening, reading, sewing, crafts, and helping others. Her presence made people feel welcome, and her love will continue to live on through the countless lives she touched.
Beverly is survived by her sons, David (Corinna) and MichaeL (Renee’); granddaughter, Sarah (David); grandsons, Christopher (Amy), Alec (Tiffany), and Zachary; and great grandchildren, Jaiden, Hailey, Evelyn, and Hunter. She also leaves behind an extended family and many friends who will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her husband, Loren Duane; her parents, Herbert Joseph and Gladys Fern; and seven brothers and sisters.
Beverly will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
