SUN CITY WEST - Betty Mae Heckman, passed away August 2, 2012. Betty was born April 15, 1930, in Energy, Ill. to William Grady and Anna Madge (McAlpin) Flener. She moved to Arizona three years ago from Huntington Beach, Calif. Betty is predeceased by her parents; two brothers, Edgar and Allen; and sister Juanita. She is survived by her children, Gregory Dee Snyder and Bradley Alan Snyder; four grandchildren; and sisters Olivia (Robert) Oman and Virginia Leach. Services have already taken place. Betty was laid to rest at Maplewood Cemetery in Marion, Ill.
