Bellago Homes’ Club Village in Gold Canyon nears closeout

Mesa business has sold all but 5 of its 29 homes

Bellago Homes recently announced its community Club Village at Superstition Mountain is nearing closeout.

The Mesa homebuilder has sold all but five of its 29 in the community nestled in the foothills of the Tonto National Forest, according to release.

Wayne Funk, owner of Bellago Homes, credited his entire team for the success of the community, which he said was one of the prettiest communities the team at Bellago ever created.

“The success of this community speaks to the building acumen of our team,” Funk said in the release. “We were able to build elegant and high quality homes in a beautiful space at an attractive price point. It means a lot to know Arizona homeowners saw the same value of Club Village that we did.”

Properties at Club Village started in the mid $600,000 range and featured floor plans that offered upgraded windows, vaulted ceilings, grand showers and free-standing bathtubs. The homes at Club Village are also Energy Star certified and were built using energy efficient construction methods.

Another reason for the community’s popularity is that club village is part of the larger 878-acre gated luxury community of Superstition Mountain Golf and Country Club. The club offers members an amenity-rich lifestyle including two award-winning Nicklaus-designed golf courses, miles of hiking trails, a wellness program, dining and more, the release states.

“The fact that we got to build in the beautiful area of Superstition Mountain is a big factor in the success of Club Village,” Funk said. “It is an amazing space that is going to make the homeowners in our community really happy for a long time.”

For more than 30 years, Bellago Homes has been a home builder in the Phoenix-metropolitan area. The builder emphasizes creating beautiful homes, inside and out, and utilizes professional designers as consultants to develop floor plans. The model home featured at Superstition Mountain has wood-beamed vaulted ceilings and upgraded finishes, the release states.
