Bebian "Bebe" Foitag Barber Turgeon, 82, of Sun City, Arizona, passed away on April 17, 2017 in Sun City, Arizona.Funeral services will be held at Legacy Funeral Home, 10702 W. Peoria Ave., Sun City, Arizona on May 5, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Steve Gilbertson officiating. Interment will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Glendale, CA.Bebe was born in Chicago, Illinois to Charles Ochman and Alice Maislov on September 9, 1935. She went to high school at Austin High School where she graduated in the top 5% of her class in 1952. She went on to attend Northern Illinois Teachers College with a major in Education and a minor Psychology.She worked at Marshall Tool, American Drill Bushing, and finished her working career as a litigation support analyst for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.She enjoyed poker, gardening, reading, her cats and the celebration of Christmas all year long. She was Vice President of the Montebello Business and Professional Woman's Club, Member of the National Association of Female Executives, a member of Hadassah, and a Stewart in the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. She was involved with local pet charities and senior organizations.Bebe is survived by her longtime partner Allen Andrews, of Sun City. Bebe is survived by her son Alan Foitag, daughter Carol Bourda, daughter Debra Gold, and nice Adele Smith. She is preceded in death by her sister Clara Gunde and husbands: Jack Foitag, David Barber, and Dr. Guy R. Turgeon.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.Bebe can be summed up by the words in Frank Sinatra's famous song "I did it my way." All who met her, enjoyed her stories and jokes. She was a memorable person to say the least. She will be missed by many.
